Parent Support Partners

Parents struggling to do a good job raising their special needs children can get support from a Parent Support Partner (CPSP). CPSPs are seasoned parents themselves. They have experience raising their own special needs kids. They have learned how to navigate the mental health and school systems and can help!

Youth Peer Support

Certified Youth Peer Support Specialists support young people (11-21 years old) with mental health diagnoses to build strong relationships, learn self-advocacy skills, and develop the skills needed to build a strong, healthy future.

Support/Recovery Groups

Peer support groups are a great way to meet new friends and learn new skills. Below is a short list of some of our favorite groups:

  • WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning)

  • Traveler’s Guide

  • WHAM (Whole Health Action Planning)

  • Pathways to Recovery

Support is only a call away.
